Welcome to our page! We are a wellness day spa. Personal Reflections has been in business for about 40 or so years. Alexis and CodyLynn have been here for over 10 years. What a beautiful, hard, fun, emotional roller coaster! We specialize in problem skin and retraining muscles through education and personal evaluation and tackling the problems head on.
