miles in the mountains ⛰️✨
Prep looked like:
Massage every other week
Pilates + yoga for mobility & strength
Vibration plate for activation
Cupping, foam rolling, trigger point work
Most importantly listening to my body.
Resting when needed. Adjusting when needed.
This is what I teach my clients too—
your body will tell you what it needs.
Grateful for a husband who supports me in doing these crazy things…
