Dear Patients,
As the situation with COVID-19 is extremely dynamic and during these unprecedented circumstances that we are experiencing , our practice took the decision to cancel all scheduled appointments until April 6th, in the best interest of our patients and staff.
We will offer *emergency services only* with a potential full shutdown depending on the progress of the COVID-19.
I hope this measure will set a precedent amongst my colleagues, patients, and followers. We need to take this pandemic seriously so that we can collectively put an end to it.
At Seraderian Dental Group the safety of your patients and the safety of our team is our top priority. We are monitoring the evolving COVID-19 situation and want to highlight a few of the precautionary measures our practice is reinforcing and implementing to ensure the safety of all parties involved.
-Sanitation and cleanliness: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting our office, with special attention to high-contact surfaces, such as equipment, tools, chairs, and tables, to ensure our office remains at the highest standard of cleanliness.
-Frequent and thorough handwashing: We are reinforcing with Team Members vigilant handwashing before, continuously throughout, and after their shifts. We kindly ask patients to do the same.
-We ask that any patient who has traveled /come to contact with anyone who has to China, Japan, South Korea, Italy, Iran or any other region affected by the coronavirus, to please call our office before coming to their appointment. Also if you have a cough or fever, please contact the office to reschedule any appointments, once we resume our operation.
Although we would prefer to have a 24 hour notice, we will waive any cancellation fee normally charged in this situation.
All our existing modes of communication will stay in place.
I will be available for any questions or concerns you may have.
In the meantime stay safe and healthy.
Sincerely,
Vatche Seraderian DMD.
