Helping you find your own strength in birth
Ali (she/her) is a professional birth doula who is passionate about helping people take charge of their birth experience. She believes that all people deserve labor support that is non-judgmental, respectful, and evidence-based.
Ali provides care for her clients and their partners from pregnancy to postpartum and offers continuous labor support in a hospital, birth center, or midwife-assisted home birth setting.
Studies show that continuous labor support increases the likelihood of spontaneous birth, decreases the requests for pain medication, decreases unwanted cesarean sections, decreases the length of labor, and increases the birthing person's satisfaction.
