Owner, Licensed Esthetician, faith-led energy practitioner, Amanda Liakas, brings over 20 years of medical and wellness experience into every treatment. After beginning her career as a Dental Hygienist, Amanda followed her passion for skincare, healing, and nervous system support - drawing deeply from her own personal healing journey and life experiences. Amanda is a graduate of the private, board certified Institute of Skin Science in Stratham, NH, and is dedicated to creating personalized treatment plans that feel both realistic and transformative. Her work is rooted in trust, safety, and long-term relationships.

Amanda is professionally certified in Auricular Acupuncture, also known as the 5-Needle Protocol (5NP) - a gentle, evidence based, wellness modality using five precise points in the ear to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, your rest state. 5NP is widely used to support stress reduction, trauma recovery, sleep, mood, emotional balance, detox and overall nervous system health.

Two years ago on New Years Eve this little gentleman came home with me. I literally felt like an insane person. 🥴

Here’s your reminder to trust yourself; I saw something in this “small dog”. The husband said yes and so it was. 💫
The transition wasn’t easy and this boy had some fears and previous traumas that still require some gentle navigation, but his heart is soooooo big and snuggly! 💗

I’ve watched him change so much in the last two years and I’m excited and honored to keep loving him unconditionally and unlike he’s experienced before. I’ve watched his food scarcity almost fully dissolve, I know he is feeling a safety he deserves.

He found a family that loves him but he also found a community at that loves him too.

Even when things seem bleak, remain faithful, you have no idea what’s in store for you next and how your life could change in an instant.
