The Content

The Structure, Power and Grace, Prasana Yoga Teacher Training is a world-class opportunity to extend your understanding of the workings of your own body and those of others. Our real-life curriculum is practical, diverse and in–depth. In addition to other things, you will learn the system of Prasana Yoga. Prasana Yoga is a system of Alignment in Movement with its own vocabulary and understanding of how poses function. It incorporates a deep understanding of the patterning of the mindbody and how it is expressed in yoga practice. This training will teach the traditional yoga vocabulary and its alignment knowledge along with the known standards of sequencing, then use these as a jumping-off points for teaching Prasana’s methods of pose creation and choreography in yoga. Prasana Yoga utilizes a set of principles to create beautiful yoga flows and asanas utilizing structural principles of the mind and body. In the end, Prasana Yoga is a creative approach to yoga practice rooted in ancient understanding that results in precise and beautiful asanas and meditations in motion. The Structure, Power and Grace Prasana Yoga Teacher Training is an extremely strong base for launching your yoga career, for it includes a vast range of elements. It is also an exceptional opportunity to enhance your current teaching career or personal practice.
