Stronger Every Day

Elizabeth Kitzman made wonderful progress during her stay at Beloit Health & Rehabilitation. With the support of our therapy team, she regained strength and is now walking with her walker with confidence.

Elizabeth shared that therapy made a big difference in her recovery, and she also enjoyed many parts of daily life at Beloit, from the meals to the friendly staff and engaging activities. Trivia quickly became one of her favorite ways to stay active and have fun.

"My stay here has been very good. The food is excellent and the portion sizes are just right. The staff are always pleasant and helpful, which makes me feel comfortable being here. Therapy has helped me a lot! I’m now able to walk with my walker and feel much stronger. I also really enjoy the activities, especially trivia games. It keeps my mind active and gives me something fun to look forward to each day."

We’re proud to have been part of Elizabeth’s journey and grateful she chose to share her experience.

We wrapped up Nursing Home Week in the best way on Friday!

Our residents enjoyed a beautiful outdoor walk, followed by a fun (and competitive!) staff vs. residents volleyball game. The day kept getting better with a delicious staff potluck and ended on a colorful note with tie-dye day!

So many smiles, laughs, and great memories to close out an amazing week 💙

Today for Nursing Home Week, we kept the fun going with riddles and scavenger hunts for residents and staff, with prizes up for grabs.

A big thank you to Champion Care for the special beach towels to show appreciation for our amazing team!

Our Activity Department showed up in full color for Rainbow Day, and we wrapped it all up with a sweet treat—popsicles for everyone to enjoy!
