McKenzie was recognized with a Satisfaction Corporate Value Pin.

A patient wrote the following about McKenzie.

“I came in for an US guided breast biopsy and was beyond nervous/anxious. McKenzie and another staff member brought me back to the room, gave me a warm blanket to make me comfortable, and walked me through every little detail (including showing me the sounds the machine makes) before the radiologist came in. They kept up a conversation with me the entire duration of the biopsy which also really helped to keep me at ease. They were both absolutely amazing and I could not have asked for a better experience.”

Dr. Michael Donnelly, Urologist, wrote the following about Jim.

“Despite the unusual circumstances and being severely understaffed, Jim and another staff member not only managed the workload but also took the time to mentor a medical assistant student. This included performing multiple in-office procedures, scheduling nine surgical patients, and caring for 26 patients that morning, in addition to administering medication injections, removing catheters, and handling phone messages. In my view, this goes well above and beyond the call of duty. Well done, Jim!”

Home to the Hendricks Family Heart Hospital, Beloit Health System provides the area’s most innovative heart and vascular program. In 2017, the System’s joint replacement program, The Advanced Joint Care Center, became the first in Wisconsin to earn advanced certification in total hip and total knee replacement from the Joint Commission.

Beloit Health System facilities include: Beloit Memorial Hospital, Beloit/UW Cancer Center, Occupational Health, Sports and Family Medicine, NorthPointe Health and Wellness Campus, NorthPointe Surgery Center; the assisted living facilities located at NorthPointe Terrace and Riverside Terrace; and Beloit Regional Hospice.
