Lisa Thompson, a colleague, wrote the following about Scott.

“I’d like to thank Scott for his exceptional teamwork. I was called by a fellow co-worker (who was on call at the hospital and doesn't work at our NorthPointe facility). She said there was a heating issue at NorthPointe with the MRI magnet chiller. I called Scott via cell phone. Together we were able to walk through the process of getting the chiller temporarily up until morning to address issue. Scott also was able to give me the information to call GE that was located on our machine. Otherwise, I would’ve had to come into NorthPointe to facilitate call. I appreciated his professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile to help.”
