The color yellow 💛🟡🟨 represents your solar plexus. It resonates with your
•will power
•personal power
•self esteem
•sense of purpose

There’s plenty of times you find yourself in the dark and feel disconnected from your solar plexus.

But it’s okay. It’s these exact situations when we become aware of it again.

Let’s tap into it!
Start wearing more yellow.
Eat more yellow foods.
And slowly start to exercise small amounts of will power, personal power

Find little moments of self esteem, and little moments that give you a sense of purpose.

BEWARE OF: artificial colors and dyes that are yellow.
They won’t don’t anything for you but give you a false sense of wellness.

Naturally yellow foods are naturally composed of the elements to make it yellow which resonates with your body.

Today is one year of running my own practice! Providing healing and holistic awareness to my community through Hypnosis and Reiki. I’ve opened peoples minds to the possibilities that they have within them. My whole life I would jump from job to job, career to career looking for myself and finally I found myself through it all and since then it’s been 1 whole year of growth. 1 whole year of officially offering my gifts and talents to Beloit, South Beloit, janesville,Madison, Rockford and the world! I’m truly grateful to be in the position that I’m in and even more grateful to see the look on people faces when they find a piece of themselves back! There’s been a lot of tears shed here but they have been liberating tears and tears of growth. Thank you all for an amazing year! And let’s keep the ship sailing.
