There are many reasons to love my job. One of those reasons is the gift of being able to work around my kiddos' schedules. If it's summer and I am not at work, you will find me cheering my kids on at baseball/softball!

This month, we're shifting our focus.

So often healing is centered around what needs to be fixed, healed, released, or changed.

While those things have value, sometimes we forget to acknowledge all of the strengths, wisdom, resilience, and gifts we already carry.

This month is about remembering.

Remembering the skills you've developed.
Remembering the challenges you've already overcome.
Remembering the strength your soul has cultivated through this lifetime and beyond.

Sometimes the next step forward isn't finding something new.

It's recognizing what has been within you all along.

Throughout June, we'll explore ways to reconnect with these inner resources through Group Healing, Shadow Work, Reiki training, and deeper spiritual exploration.
