Mitchell County Health Department Mitchell County Health Department At the Mitchell County Health Department and NCK Home Health Agency we are open Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Immunizations are available by appointment everyday and by walk-in on Wednesdays. We offer a variety of programs, including Family Planning/Women's Health, Healthy Start/Home Visitor, Child and Adult Immunizations, Child Health Assessments, WIC, Fingernail and Toenail Trimming, and Home Health Services. The Home Health Services that are available include nurse visits, bathing and homemaker. If you
