A message from Dr. Marco Corallo:

To begin, I would like to thank each and every one of you for the trust you have given me over the years as your Endocrinologist. Taking care of you has been an honor for my staff and me. Your continuing wellness and health are priorities for us.
I am reaching out today to inform you that after 30 years I have decided to retire. I will be closing my practice effective as of December 21, 2023. I will be available until that date for your Endocrinology care.
It is important that you continue with appropriate medical care; therefore, you should establish contact with another physician as soon as possible. Please check with your insurance for an available provider in your network or refer to you primary care physician.

If you need your records please contact the office at (330) 938-3333 by December 1, 2023 to allow staff time to forward your records. The Endocrinology office will be closed completely by December 21, 2023.


**Please note that Dr. David Corallo - Dermatologist will be remaining open.**
