It was wonderful to see our team come together to relax, connect, and feel celebrated during CHC Week. A special thanks to our amazing volunteers who helped with prepping and serving lunch. A huge thank you to our very own Heidi and her husband for spending hours preparing for this meal! The combined efforts truly made the day a success!

💙 Where in Rock County has CHS been last week?! 💙
We have been on the move!
We had the honor of partnering with BMHS to host our offsite medical clinic, providing school and sports physicals to help students stay healthy and ready for the year ahead.
We also had the pleasure of attending Head Start Orientations, connecting with families and supporting early childhood health and readiness.
A BIG thanks to everyone who helped make this week a success!
