What is in your diffuser today?

Cassia is going in the bathroom and kitchen and peppermint is in the bedroom. I've also been rotating between Thieves and citronella.

Of course I only use pure, premium therapeutic quality essential oils. The best scents and I only need a few drops in each diffuser!

Oh my gosh, I never relax. I never take time to just be and I never take a bath (I am a shower gal)...

But this evening I treated myself to a little self care in a jetted tub. Oh it was amazing. The scent of calming lavender 🪻and the gentle detox of absorbing the Epsom salt.

My brain almost shut off for a moment and I almost had an emotional release but the brain 🧠 activity got in the way. But yes it was nice and I am going to start doing this weekly.
