Whether you are a curious woman that has never practiced yoga, a group of friends that would like to practice together, or an experienced yogini with the desire to embrace restorative yoga or fine tune your yin practices, private yoga instruction may be for you.
As a self-compassion coach and trained yoga instructor, my intention is for my students to find time for mindful and gentle practice. I have heard it said that, “Stillness is the most difficult place to find in yoga.” I am here to help calm the “monkey mind” through caring meditation, yoga postures, and compassion
Two hours of private yoga instruction for your group of one, two, or three people is available in my private studio in Beloit, Wisconsin. In warm weather, we can choose to practice together outside on the creek.
I hope you can join me with your friends, whether you have practiced yoga before or not, soon. And go ahead...ask the questions! I will try to find the answers.
