At our funeral home, we consider it a solemn privilege to care for those who have served our country.
When a Veteran is entrusted to us, the American Flag that accompanies their final honors often arrives wrinkled, and packaged. Before it is placed on the casket, we take the time to properly prepare and press the flag to ensure it reflects the dignity, respect, and gratitude owed to every service member. Many times we prepare the flag in our home laundry room.
Special attention is given to the precise placement of the flag and the way each pleat rests across the casket. These details matter. They are a visable expression of our deep respect for the life, service, and sacrifice represented by the Stars and Stripes. It is our honor to serve those who have served.
