A Mindful Moment

I like to grab coffee and journey into the world 🌎.

I chase sunrises and sunsets.

I hang out by the lake watching the waves.

I'm often greeted by wildlife of all sorts not to mention amazing views of my city.

I'm trying my best to stay grounded in a world that wants to make me believe I need chaos to thrive.

I was not made to be ON 24/7 and neither are you.

Nope.
