March Madness is upon us! March is always my favorite time of year to get started on protocol to see what I can accomplish in 3 months before summer starts and watch my hard work pay off! 90 days on protocol also resets my mind to stay on track during the summer. Hi folks! I took a brief hiatus from Social media, after the heartbreak of losing my page Im finally back! Some have been under the impression that we may have closed but we are still up and running with the same great weight loss protocol! Keep your eyes peeled for new announcements coming soon!

To celebrate Thirsty Thursday check out this amazing recipe:

1 package Chocolate Drink Shake
1 ½ tsp. instant coffee
4 drops of peppermint extract
3 ice cubes
1.Mix chocolate drink according to package instructions.
2.Combine with all other ingredients in blender.
3.Blend at high speed for 45 seconds.
