Melinda Davis-McClendon is a board certified Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP-C). She has years of practical experience in a variety of healthcare settings which include Allergy and Immunizations, Adult Medicine, Orthopedics, Neurology, Infectious Disease, Women’s Health, Case Management and Nursing Leadership. Her credentials include an Associates Degree in Nursing from Hopkinsville Community College, Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and a Master of Science in Nursing from University of Texas at Arlington. In addition, she is Nationally certified with American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and is an active member of Texas Nurse Practitioners (TNP) and American Nurses Association (ANA). Melinda’s passion is to provide holistic patient care that encompasses and promotes physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
