April's Doula Services I'm a proud mother of 2, grandmother to 3 & former foster mom to 4 siblings. My team of Doulas devote their lives caring for others.

We offer non-judgemental Birth & Postpartum Support, Overnight Newborn Care, End-of-Life Support & Educational Classes ❤️ Hi, I'm April & I'm a Certified, Trauma-Informed Doula as well as a Birth & Postpartum Educator. I have a passion for serving others and do so by providing Birth and Postpartum support as well as support and companion care for those facing End-of-Life transition. My passion for

birth started after I unexpectedly delivered my first grandchild at my home and then again, a few years later, unexpectedly delivered another grandchild in the backseat of our car! I'm a proud mother of two grown children, former foster mom to a sibling group of four & “Mum” to three grandchildren. I reside in the Upstate with my high school sweetheart of 30 years & my blind kitty, Minnie. I enjoy coffee and taking my three grandkids on adventures. I've been a pastors wife for 23 years & have a calling to serve people in their most vulnerable times of life. I serve Upstate SC-Greenville, Anderson, Belton, Greenwood, Abbeville and surrounding areas. Let's chat over some coffee! ❤

We’re thrilled (and slightly confused) to introduce our newest Overnight Newborn Care Specialist…

Minnie!

Minnie comes to us with 2 years of experience in the fine art of napping. His specialties include:

*Excellent biscuit making skills

*Catnap Training (because 12–16 hours a day is the gold standard)

*Demonstrating optimal sleep positions (preferably in the most inconvenient spot possible)

*Gentle nighttime supervision (he will stare at you until you wake up… very effective)

*Warm, weighted comfort therapy (aka laying directly on your chest at 3am)

His approach is simple:

“If the baby sleeps, I sleep. If the baby doesn’t sleep… I’m still gonna sleep!”

While Minnie’s methods are… unconventional… we believe in a well-rounded team.

Please note: Minnie only accepts payment in treats, chin scratches, and unquestioned authority over your household.

April’s Doula Services is looking for a nurturing Overnight Newborn Care Specialist who loves supporting families during the quiet hours of the night. If you have a heart for caring for newborns while helping parents get the rest they desperately need, we’d love to connect.

Requirements:
• Certified Postpartum Doula
• Adult & Infant CPR Certified
• Willing to obtain liability insurance
• Able to pass a background screening

This is an Independent Contractor (1099) position.
