HOCTIL’s mission is to serve individuals with disabilities and chronic illness to maintain independence in their community through Advocacy, Information & Resource, Support & Transition Services, Trainings & Assistive Technology, and Independent Living Services. Our philosophy is to promote your right to make choices for your life, have equal/active participation in your community, and accept responsibility for oneself. We serve all ages and all disabilities regardless of income.

Please note that on Labor Day, September 1, all HOP services will be closed, except for the Cavazos Connector, which will operate on a holiday schedule from 11 AM to 10 PM.

Be sure to plan ahead and make alternative travel arrangements if you usually rely on other routes.
