Cass County Dental Clinic is a safety net dental clinic in Cass County, Missouri. We accept all Missouri Medicaid plans for persons aged 0-20 years.

Cass County Dental Clinic provides dental services to children and adolescents from birth through age 20 who are insured by Missouri Medicaid or who are uninsured and low-income. Uninsured patients are required to complete a financial screening to determine whether they qualify for services. Uninsured children must live in a home with an income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. Uninsured patients who qualify pay a reduced fee for services. Since opening in July 2011, we have provided dental care to more than 10,000 children in Cass County and surrounding area!

Did you know the Cass County Dental Clinic team offered tours of our brand-new clinic during the grand opening celebration? September's features Tennika, our patient care coordinator, and her tour of our sedation treatment room! At the clinic, we offer sedation services twice a month for patients who:
✔️ Have extensive dental decay
✔️ Have special needs or difficulty sitting for long periods
✔️ Experience high anxiety during dental visits

Our team came together to celebrate our amazing front desk coordinator, Yenny, with the sweetest baby shower! 💝👶 From fun games (yes, even an apple juice chugging contest 🥤😂) to thoughtful gifts and lots of laughter, it was a day full of joy. We are so excited to meet Yenny’s little one!

Our Story

Cass County Dental Clinic provides dental services to children and adolescents from birth through age 20 who are insured by Missouri Medicaid or who are uninsured and low-income. We accept all Missouri Medicaid plans for persons aged 0-20 years. Uninsured patients are required to complete a financial screening to determine whether they qualify for services. Uninsured children must live in a home with an income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (~$47,700 for a family of 4 in 2014). Uninsured patients who qualify pay a reduced fee for services. Since opening in July 2011, we have provided dental care to more than 3,800 children through over 13,750 dental visits! Cass County Dental Clinic is open Monday through Friday with evening hours until 8:00 PM on Monday and until 6:00 PM Tuesday - Friday.
