The parade is scheduled to start on time Saturday at 10:00 a.m., regardless of rain or potential for rain. All safety issues, including weather, will be monitored by our City of Belton Emergency Operations Center. In case of lightning or dangerous weather, there could be a delay to the start of the parade, but that decision will be made only by the EOC and communicated by officials stationed throughout the parade route and staging area. Be safe, be prepared, have fun!
