Happy weekend, friends!

It’s been such a good week, and I have some exciting updates to share 😍

✨ New Hydraulic Table
My new hydraulic massage table went live this week, and gosh, it’s a game changer. Being able to raise and lower the table as needed means better body mechanics for me, and a more effective session for you. The leverage and precision I can work with now has taken my work from 🕯️ to 🔥🔥🔥.

Fun fact: I used one of these tables daily during my time at Woodhouse, but I couldn’t fully appreciate how much it shaped my work until now. Realizing those nuances feels like such a sweet reminder of how much growth has happened. I’m both grateful and humbled.

✨ Red Light Therapy
My philosophy “whistle while you work” just got an upgrade.
Here’s the scoop:

🚨 What it is: Red light uses specific wavelengths that promote healing and reduce inflammation. It’s shown to enhance mitochondrial function (how cells make energy), increase blood flow and oxygen supply, support tissue repair, and encourage collagen + elastin production.

🚨 Why I brought it in: My mission has always been to do everything I can for the person on my table. Whether you’re in recovery, working through an injury, or just wanting to float away for 90 minutes, red light therapy supports your body without cutting into your hands-on massage time.
