🎉🌷 Get ready to relive the magic of one of our favorite annual events, our AMAZING Easter Party! 🐣✨ Our residents kicked off the celebrations with fabulous crafts leading up to the grand Easter Hunt! We’re absolutely thrilled to share these moments with you! Huge shoutout to Mrs. A, our incredible Activity Director, for making sure every detail was perfect this year! 🙌💖 And a massive THANK YOU to all the family members, Hospice, Home Health, and everyone who donated candy and eggs. During Nursing Home Administrator Week, we proudly celebrate and recognize Mrs. Wendy Bell, who has served as the Administrator of Creekside Terrace Rehabilitation since 2019.

Mrs. Bell earned her Administrator License in 2003 and has dedicated her career to compassionate leadership in healthcare. In 2022, she continued her commitment to excellence by earning her Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of St. Francis.

Outside of her professional accomplishments, Mrs. Bell is deeply involved in her community. She is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Jack and Jill Foundation, and The Links, Incorporated, and she generously gives her time through community fundraisers and service initiatives. Her faith is also an important part of her life as a member of Liberty Christian Church, under the leadership of Bishop Rodney W. Gilchrist.

Most importantly, Mrs. Bell is a proud mother and grandmother, and she brings that same heart, compassion, and dedication to everyone she serves.

From all of us, her coworkers and the entire Creekside Terrace family, thank you for your leadership, guidance, and the care you show every day. We appreciate you and celebrate you this week! ♥️

We’re thrilled to announce that the Unity Line Dancers visit Creekside Terrace every month! Our residents absolutely adore these lively performances, which not only bring joy but also provide a wonderful opportunity for everyone to connect and get some exercise. Last month, we had a fantastic time celebrating Black History Month together, making lovely memories. A huge thank you to everyone who helps make our residents smile! We can’t wait for the next performance!

At Creekside Terrace Rehabilitation, we are committed to providing quality, compassionate and supportive care to our residents. In our Rehabilitation Program, the clinical team will evaluate each resident’s unique circumstance to develop and meet individualized goals. During treatments, therapists will work toward improving independence, strength and confidence. Long-Term Care assists those who may benefit from 24- hour nursing availability and assistance with meals, medications or other activities of daily living. The environment at Creekside Terrace Rehabilitation is designed so that residents may live comfortably, as a part of a community.
