To the little eyes that look up to me as I get to watch them grow.
To the sweet mommas that become friends.
To the older siblings that greet me with smiles around the table and help me press all the buttons.
To the little voices that giggle in the play room while mom gets a moment to herself.
To the little hugs in the flower section at HEB with tiny voices saying hey Dr. Paige with belly laughs.
To the patients that become family.

They may need me, but if they only knew just how much they fill my cup… i need them 10x more ❤️

Scary. But not so spooky post! 💀👻

We sadly hate having to even make post like these …

However, the number of upset phone calls about late cancellations and no call, no shows fees have been increasing. As a reminder in every new patient paperwork a patient agreement is signed prior to any treatment being rendered. This agreements outlines our expectations of our patients just as you should hold expectations of our office when becoming a patient. While we understand sometimes life happens, unfortunately we still are a small business and overhead expenses still exist. When you cancel at the last minute, or not show at all for your appointment time that was set aside just for you, we are high likely not able to fill that visit with someone else in less than 24 hours resulting in lost potential revenue that’s keeps our clinic doors open to serve you!

As a reminder if you need to cancel please do so at least 24 hours prior to avoid any late cancellation fees.

Our Story

Nobody should live in constant pain. CenTex Chiropractic is about you and your overall health. Are you not as fit as you would like to be because you can’t get out and be active due to pain? Dr. Arnaud and his staff will work with you to achieve a pain free life as much as possible. One of our overarching principles is that we want to help educate you on why and how things are producing pain or discomfort in your body. If at any time you have a question or are just curious, we are here to answer your questions. Dr. Arnaud loves it so much he double majored in his undergraduate studies. He earned both a bachelor of science in anatomy and a bachelor of science in health and wellness. Two essential building blocks to competent chiropractic care. CenTex Chiropractic is a proud member of the Texas Chiropractic Association and the Temple Jaycees.

Although we officially opened for business February 5th, 2018, we had a grand opening on March 23rd with help from the Belton Chamber of Commerce. It was great to meet owners and employees of surrounding businesses and chamber members. We are dedicated to serving the Belton, Temple, Salado, Harker Heights, and surrounding communities with the best chiropractic care available in the area. We are located in the Bluebonnet Plaza on Hwy 317 N across from the Walgreens and next to CVS :).
