Things got a little inked up at Carnegie today.

Feeling a little po’ after Tax Day? We figured the only proper way to cope… was with Po’boys! 😄

Tax Day hit, but so did the flavor at Lucille’s! Our residents turned “feeling poor” into feeling full with some seriously delicious Po’boy sandwiches — because if the IRS is taking a bite, we are too.

And while we were serving up the good stuff, Daphne was out there doing her civic duty, mailing in those taxes from Carnegie!

We may not be able to avoid Tax Day, but we can definitely make it taste a little better! 🍽️
