Stress affects more than just your mood. It influences your entire body. Ongoing stress can lead to physical symptoms such as headaches, stomach concerns, and increased blood pressure, while also impacting emotional well-being. Healthy coping strategies like exercise, quality sleep, and staying connected with others can help lessen its effects.

Women’s History Month is a meaningful time to recognize the extraordinary influence women have had in healthcare. Their commitment to innovation and advocacy has improved systems of care and strengthened patient experiences. Across clinical and supportive roles, women drive excellence.

In rehabilitation, women have played a pivotal role in developing therapies, advancing research, and promoting independence for those on a recovery journey. This month, we celebrate the women whose leadership and compassion continue to make a difference.
