A little shoutout to Michael 👏

If you’ve been in lately, you might’ve seen him up front, but don’t be surprised if you also catch him in the back like usual.

Michael’s been with us for years, and he’s one of those people who just knows how everything works! He is beyond amazing! He’s cross-trained across the office, so wherever things get busy, he steps in and helps without a second thought.

Some days he’s assisting, some days he’s up front, and sometimes he’s even helping out at the Rockford office. He just shows up and does what needs to be done, and that kind of consistency means a lot to our team. He has big dreams with an immense amount of motivation mixed with even greater determination! We are so honored to have him around. Excited to continue to watch you grow!

As we close out February, we’re reflecting on a month full of celebration, connection, and growth.

We had the joy of celebrating Dr. Chapko and Baleria’s birthdays, always a good reason for a little extra laughter around the office, and our team attended Midwinter to continue learning and refining the care we provide.

Our team took a trip to Chicago for the 2026 Chicago Dental Society Midwinter Meeting at McCormick Place — one of the most respected continuing education conferences in dentistry.

Dr. Shah, Dr. Chapko, Katari, Tonya, Michael, and Vivi spent three days attending lectures, hands-on workshops, and exploring the latest advancements in dental care. It was three days of learning, laughing, and growing together as a team.

We genuinely love what we do, and moments like this remind us why. Staying current in our field isn't just a professional obligation, it's something we care deeply about. Our patients deserve a team that's always learning.
