Tactical FITT I will give daily fitness and nutrition related​ tips. When Summer arrives, I will be running fitness bootcamps ​and also personal training sessions.

I'm offering group bootcamps and one on one personal training. The techniques that I utilize are HITT (High Intensity Interval Training), Circuit Training, and Bodyweight Training. Some of the equipment used will be sandbags, kettlebells, dumbells, and suspension systems.

Name change is in progress. I am changing the name of my fitness endeavors to Tactical F**T. The reason I'm doing this is because I use a lot of methods of training that I learned in the Military. Plus I'm working on getting contracts with local Police Departments to train their officers, so tactical seems to make more sense.

While I know it's a great exercise for you, in the Army we focused on push-ups so I just never focused on them. Well now they are the one thing that I do everyday. 5 sets of 10 for now, with a goal of 100 per day by March. How about you?
