The heart chakra, often associated with the center of the chest, represents connection, compassion, and emotional balance. This chakra is typically associated with the color green. When this area feels supported, we may notice a greater sense of openness.

Today's invitation:
Take a slow breath in through your nose, allowing your chest to softly expand. Exhale fully, letting your shoulders relax. Pay special attention to the heart center, each time you inhale. Repeat a few times.

Small moments of calm can help create a space for balance, whether that be physically or emotionally.
