Grilled Chicken & Avocado Power Bowl 🥗

Why it’s great:
Packed with lean protein, healthy fats, and anti-inflammatory ingredients—perfect for recovery and overall wellness.

Ingredients (serves 2):
2 grilled chicken breasts (sliced)
1 cup quinoa or brown rice
1 avocado (sliced)
1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
1 cup spinach or mixed greens
½ cucumber (sliced)
2 tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:
Cook quinoa or rice according to package directions.
Season and grill chicken until fully cooked, then slice.
In a bowl, layer greens, grains, and veggies.
Add chicken and avocado on top.
Drizzle with olive oil and fresh lemon juice.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper—enjoy!
