Saturday 8:00 a.m. When you walk through the doors at PCF you join one of the hardest working families in the area. There are many great fitness facilities in the area and more and more people are turning to fun

ctional training to give them the added edge to reach their goals. I believe functional fitness will be around for a long time because the trainers and coaches of these types of facilities take a consultative approach to their member’s health.

105 reps of each suit!! Total for the entire Deck 420 reps! This group KILLED the workout that almost took them out!! Lots of colorful words were shouted today!
