Please join us in celebrating Samantha Caldwell, our January 2026 Employee of the Month! Samantha has been a dedicated member of the Symphony Maple Crest team for nearly 14 years, reaching this incredible milestone in February.
Samantha graduated from the Illinois Institute of Nursing in September 2025 and proudly serves as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), working full-time on evening shift. Her commitment, compassion, and consistency make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents every day. She became a nurse because she truly loves taking care of people, and that passion is evident in the care she provides. Outside of work, Samantha lives in Belvidere, is engaged, and is a proud mom to three children (ages 19, 18, and 16). She has also recently taken up gardening and enjoys growing her own radishes.
Thank you, Samantha, for your years of dedication, your continued growth, and for being such a valued part of the Maple Crest family.
We are proud to recognize you!
