Accept the flakes of your tiredness and let yourself be completely covered by them."

I return to teaching today! I am so stoked! Been out for 6 weeks with an injured neck! I am ready to get back in the groove, even more full of love than ever! My gratitude to be there to reveal our inner beauty and help continue the shine on the outside, has really hit home for me!

I will be gone this week for yoga, but I will return on Wednesday June 23rd. When I get back we are going to open up Mondays at 6 pm also when I can work it all out. So that is coming very soon! Much love yogis. Namaste ♥️♥️🌙

Going to be taking away Saturday mornings and switching it to a Monday evening flow. I will be going to Kentucky next week, but when I return I will modify and edit our group here to the correct days and times. Which our new days will be Monday and Wednesdays at 6 pm ♥️♥️ until then, we are doing our Wednesday flow tonight at 6. Hope to see you there
