Light and easy morning stretch to start the day! Combination of dynamic and static stretching!
Did you know there are 5-7 different types of stretching?🤯 What is the most common one to do when you wake up?

Dynamic stretching is essential in the morning to immediately counteract sleep-induced stiffness, increase blood flow, and lubricate joints for the day. By using controlled, active movements, it increases muscle temperature and flexibility, improving range of motion and reducing injury risk before daily activities!!

Thank you so much for the incredible year of 2025!!!🫶🏻 I am looking forward to this next year as I will be diving back into continuing education to further my knowledge in massage therapy and well being.

With that being said, I wanted to ask you if there is a certain technique that you would like to see me incorperate in my practice.
