Yoga is a complete system for living — guiding how we breathe, care for our bodies, manage stress, and show up in daily life.
There are 8 limbs of yoga. One of the limbs of yoga , Ahimsa (non-harm), extends far beyond the mat. It’s reflected in setting healthy boundaries, choosing rest when needed, speaking with intention, and moving through the world with awareness and compassion.
The physical practice — the part most people recognize — is just one of the eight. The rest support mental clarity, nervous system regulation, mindful living, and a deeper connection to self.
And if you’ve been missing your mat, Tuesday & Thursday 8am yoga is officially back at the Salt Spa.
