Save the date!
Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a no cost evidence based class that focuses on the caregiver. This class will give you the tools to help reduce stress, improve self-confidence, locate helpful resources, and more!
This 3 week class meets for 3 hours on Tuesdays March 3rd, 10th, and 17th in Walker. Location and class time TBD.
This class is offered at no cost to caregivers in Cass County.

Northwoods Caregivers is seeking part-time Independent Contractor LPNs and RNs for our Homecare program in the Baudette area. Our agency has provided quality care for more than 25 years, and we invite you to join our team.
Requirements:
• Current RN or LPN license in good standing
• Ability to pass multiple criminal background studies
• Home care experience preferred, not required
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
Position Details:
• Flexible hours — create your own schedule
• Starting RN wage: $32/hour
• Service areas include Baudette, Williams, & Waskish with office in Bemidji.
• $1,000 RN sign-on bonus
• Independent Contractor roles available for LPNs and RNs
– 5–25 hours per week
– AFLAC benefits

Northwoods Caregivers invites caregivers to experience the powerful and eye-opening Virtual Dementia Tour on Monday, December 29th from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Cass Lake IHS, 425 7th St NW, Cass Lake, MN.
This hands-on experience is designed to deepen understanding of the physical and cognitive challenges faced by those living with dementia. Participants will be guided through a simulated environment that mirrors the sensory and processing changes common in dementia, offering a rare opportunity to “walk in their shoes.”
