well noticed pepole gathering young chaga growths that are not in there peak and cutting in the tree vs only the chunk and around the outline of the tree if you harvest chaga please keep in mind you can get a second harvest in 3 years time if u do no cut into the tree and follow the outline of it vs hollowing it out and keep in mind the bigger and older the growth the more nutrients it has smaller and younger it is means less benefits you will get it takes a week for self results to show and if you boil it you break the nutrients down to were your body wont use it temp between 160 and 180 degrees is best and dailey use every day at least once a day ad well.

Simple sweet coffee substitute recipe for chaga
Brew chaga till dark coffie color between 160 to 180 have milk suger and coffee mug one spoon
1.)75% chaga tea.
2.)20%to 10% milk
3.)2 to 4 spoons of sugar
Let cool till wont burn mouth enjoy tea bag can be reused 2 to 3+ hope you all enjoy take care.
