Relax! Health & Tone of Bemidji has been sold to Crystal Hegg who is excited to start this journey with all of us! Crystal will be hosting a 'customer appreciation day' ALL day on Monday June 2nd! Swing in and say hello! She will have snacks, a massage therapist (free), and membership discounts!
As 'Relax! Health & Tone of Bemidji' closes and 'Total Health and Wellness' takes over, we are SO thankful for all of you and the friends who've now become family that we know! Thank you for this AMAZING journey and ALL the best wishes to 'Total Health & Wellness' of Bemidji. One of our members wrote this poem!

SHAKE & BAKE:::

Being Sick and tired of being sick and tired,
I knew something had to give,
For happy, healthy and grateful
Is the life I long to live.

So, when Al came by and said "give it a try
What do you have to lose?"
"See for yourself, get back your health,
and live the life you choose."

It was NOT a hard call, 10 minutes is all,
To this I could commit.
Finally a way for me to stay
forever physically fit.

Then right before my very eyes,
inches fell right off my thighs...
Off my arms, my chest and middle.
Thirty-three inches I did whittle.

My arthritic knees can bend again,
and my meds I threw away.
My mood is now a happy one,
Improving day by day.

I feel it's only fitting,
I write this little poem.
Fondly known as 'Shake & Bake'
It's my home away from home.

Thru RH&T met my very best friends,
Salt of the earth,
Treasured worth,
Loyal to the end.

That's my story, I'm stickin' to it,
I hope you'll have your own,
when you choose to change your life,
at Relax, Health & Tone.
