Joyce offers Reiki, Life & Relationship Coaching, Hypnotherapy, and Breathwork. Reiki is a highly effective, light-touch therapy for just about anyone. The first thing you'll most likely experience during and after your treatment with Joyce is deep relaxation and peace. It's quite a wonderful experience! Use Reiki to pamper yourself after a tough week, to jump-start your vacation, to prepare for a

stressful event, like a wedding, an event you've been organizing, surgery, a court case, a funeral, etc. You will come away feeling that you can face the world...very grounded and calm. During your treatment, you may feel physical sensations such as heat, tingling, or pulsation in various parts of your body, along with an overall feeling of groundedness or weightlessness. You may also experience a general sense of well being and love. At times, some emotional issues may arise. Reiki "jump-starts" your own healing process, so it goes where it needs to go. Joyce provides a safe, nurturing environment to help you start to heal from whatever ails you. We have two locations to see you: Santa Cruz and Ben Lomond. Joyce also teaches the system of Reiki. Here, students can learn meditations and techniques to start to heal themselves, others, and the animals in their lives. Joyce teaches all three levels of Reiki: Shoden (Beginner Teachings), Okuden (Inner Teachings), and Shinpiden (Mystery Teachings).
