The Wellness Center is offering free COVID-19 tests. We have mobile clinics throughout the DFW metroplex.

We offer three different tests for the pandemic – Rapid Antigen, Antibody and Molecular (PCR). Additional Locations

⏱ When: Monday-Friday 8AM-8PM Saturdays 10AM-4PM
😷 What to bring: Copy of your drivers license, registration form, and insurance card (if you have insurance)
