Shelley knows there are bugs going around this time of year and he is trying to help out by cleaning the kids toys. Thanks Shelley!! A perfect way to stay ahead of the game is being well adjusted! An aligned spine, free from restriction allows the nervous system to work optimally. That means the immune system can work extra hard to also (hopefully) keep you healthy during seasons of bugs going around!

It may look like Skelley and Boneidas are just fooling around (which they probably are) but they’re also ‘dead hanging’! They are decompressing their lumbar spine to relax compression and tension throughout the spine and muscles. Did you know mild traction to the cervical or lumbar spine can help remove pain and tension? It also can help with radiating pain and disc issues!
