A small but meaningful milestone to share 🤍
I’m happy to say I am now a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC).

This certification represents many hours of learning, listening, self-reflection, and practice — and a deep commitment to supporting others in a thoughtful, ethical, and evidence-based way. I’m grateful to the teachers, mentors, peers, and clients who have been part of this journey.
