Thank you to all who joined us last week at code:541 for A Women’s Health Update! Beth and I had such great fun putting this together! We presented to the women of our community all about nutritional health, hormones, current exercise and health and wellness guidelines, and pelvic health. We had a great group with some fantastic discussion and questions. ✅ 🎉🥳

Anyone say ‘competition to see which presenter can use their hands the most when they present’?!! 😂😂😂 That’s what happens when you bring two such passionate practitioners together! I just adore this human: Beth and working alongside her to support the women of our community. 🙏🩷💜 Stay tuned, I am betting we will have another event together here in the near future. Thanks for hosting us this time ❤️🪷

October is here, the fall weather with it and I am so excited to announce a jam packed community education calendar for Lotus Flower Physio this month, collaborating with some incredible practitioners and organizations .

Sign ups are now open for all of these events - of course the focus will be on pelvic health education, but the details a little different for each one to help serve all of the women in our community that need support. I hope to see you and your friends there!

Fall is here in Central Oregon. Just like that the leaves are changing and the air is cool and damp. Are you feeling the call to slow down and become the stillness? My yoga for pelvic health class is a perfect way to embrace your deep, slowness by connecting to the rhythm within…….breathing, deep muscle connection and gentle guided movement is what we do here.

Every Friday 12:30-1:30 at Namaspa Yoga, sign up for class at my website or link in bio, $25 drop in or 10 class card for $200. I love guiding this practice so much - my two passions pelvic heath and yoga are a match made in heaven. Please join us! Local providers and yoga teachers are offered their first class for free. 💜

It’s here! The final heal the healers support circle of the summer season. Tonight our attention is on clearing and cleansing to help support ourselves and our work in the world. Megan Brians, LMT and I have our planning done and are so excited to lead you in circle and support. ⭕️

We will set intentions, share, listen, move, attune and learn from each other. We meet at the beautiful Hanai Center every 2nd Wednesday of the month from 6-7:30pm.

Get your tickets now! Can’t wait to share this beautiful, sweet healing space for the healers, space holders, teachers, caregivers………with you next Wednesday Sep 10th, 6-7:30pm at Hanai in the Earth room. 🌍

This month we will be sharing, listening, learning and practicing with the concept of how we clear and cleanse from our work in the world. For so long I was not even aware of how much I was absorbing from others as I live my life and do my work as a healer. I have learned and grown so much with this and had many mentors along the way. Now I have regular practices I use to clear and cleanse daily, weekly, seasonally. It has become absolutely essential to my health and wellbeing and ability to keep showing up for my work resourced and balanced. I find this a fascinating topic and I can’t wait to hear other’s journey with this.

There practices are absolutely essential to combatting burnout and caring for ourselves as space holders.

Join myself and Megan Brians, LMT of for this nourishing support circle as we feel the change of seasons almost upon us. Megan is my friend, office mate and intuitive healer who has helped me and many others on our deep healing journeys. She is a gifted practitioner who has many tools and beautiful insights into the wisdom of the physical and energetic body. ❤️‍🩹 Thanks for being my co-host this month Megan!

Heal the Healers: Community support circle for space holders of any kind, next Wednesday August 13th 6-7:30pm at Hanai, Earth room. There is still space to sign up on eventbrite, to be nourished and supported by us and each other. $15 per month, continuing every second Wednesday of the month.
e.stefanac and I had a beautiful, sweet connection over coffee today to brainstorm and plan our guiding around ‘boundaries and protection’ with the help of a little reading from Pixie Lighthorse. We can’t wait to gather, share and offer support for you! 🙏❤️

Just over 1 week until our next monthly Heal the Healers community support circle. This month we are focusing our awareness and intentions on Boundaries & Protection with special guest Monika Stefanic of Boundless Bodywork. 🙏

Last month we talked about and practiced around rituals and receiving and ‘over giving’ naturally came up. This month we dive a little deeper into these practices. 🌀

How do we set boundaries for ourselves, with our clients/patients/students or in our working relationships specifically? How can we maintain a compassionate and caring environment and vibe but also not feel constantly obligated to stretch ourselves completely thin for others? This can be such a challenging space for the givers. ❤️‍🩹

We will be covering this and more next Wednesday Aug 13th at Hanai. I am so looking forward to hearing how others navigate this space and what boundaries they have successfully integrated into their work and lives.

We will also delve into protection, of our energy, time, spirit, space, personal lives…….what does this look like for you in your work as a space holder? I am so excited and curious to explore these topics together next week.
