THIS! Our friends at Lotus Flower Physio bringing attention to a part of physical therapy that is too often overlooked and ignored. Is your therapist talking with you about mind-body balance? This is an area of my patient, and self-care that I'm working to improve upon every day. If your therapist isn't talking to you about the importance of balancing mind and body, they should be! It's here! Finally! We are ready to show off our amazing new home and introduce our fabulous new team members including not one, but TWO therapists to help us provide you with the exceptional care you've come to expect from us at Osprey Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine! Join us Wednesday, April 30th between 5-7pm to celebrate the huge growth that you, our community, has helped us experience! We are so grateful for each and every one of you.

It's been a crazy few months around the Osprey Physical Therapy clinic. Our goal for 2025 is to be more active on social media with the help of some new team members so let us know some things you'd like to see! In the meantime, stay tuned for some super exciting updates including more information on what all the construction is about!

We have signs!! So stoked that this thing we love is becoming more official each and every day! Thanks to with for the designs, they look great! If you guys need any marketing or promotional materials or whatever, get ahold of Kelly! She is excellent and incredibly time efficient!

We had an awesome time at the networking party last night meeting all of the other AMAZING Central Oregon health and wellness organizations who will be present at The Bend Health Fair next weekend! Our goal is to build close, trusted connections so that we can maximize your health and wellness. Come see us at the health fair next weekend and we can point you in the direction of some of these wonderful providers!

We'll also be running specials on functional movement screens, myofascial sessions, and personal training!
