Beneath the forest floor, mycelium quietly weaves life through the soil — sharing nutrients, sending messages, and keeping the ecosystem in harmony. That same intelligence inspires everything we create at Manuka Mana — pairing wild-harvested Pacific Northwest mushrooms with potent New Zealand Manuka honey. 🍯🍄

Our story began years ago at the Sunriver Fungi Fest — our very first event — and tomorrow we’ll be back where it all started! 🍦 We’ll be swirling up our famous mushroom soft serve ice cream from 10–4 PM, alongside our elixirs, tonics, and tinctures.

This weekend, we will also be at the Hood River Harvest Festival, continuing to share and connect — just like the mycelium that links the forest together.
