In almost every ounce of free time, I find my calm and build my Qi through fiber art. I have spent the past 16 months constructing the beautiful blanket with a hook and yarn. It is such a great reflection of how small steps can significantly alter your reality when performed with consistency and dedication.

Finally.... 7stemschinesemedicine.com is LIVE!

Building this site took me almost a year in all of its iterations. I learned more than I could have imagined. I now understand how to transfer and integrate a domain name owned by me under a separate platform, how to embed links into the website, and why I dont have a desk job (my eyes werent built for this kind of work). After hours and hours, I'm proud to say I did it without a total meltdown.

Speaking of BUILDING.... I'm currently building out my new CLINIC! I open Monday April 4th in the South of Bend. I can't wait to officially open my doors to the public.
