New on the Blog! Signs and Symptoms of Chronic Back Pain: What To Do When It Won't Go Away

Chronic back pain is one of those things that can quietly shrink your world. You stop hiking. You skip the paddle. You start planning your day around your pain instead of around your life.

I wrote this blog for anyone who has been living with back pain that just will not go away.

We cover what chronic back pain actually is, how stress and your nervous system play a role, and what treatment can look like when you need more than a cookie-cutter approach.

If any of this resonates, give it a read and feel free to reach out.

New on the Blog! If you’ve ever wondered why your whole body feels sore or why pain seems to move around without a clear reason, you’re not alone.
In this blog, I explain what can actually cause chronic pain all over the body, from nervous system sensitivity to inflammation, stress, and common medical conditions. Understanding what’s going on is often the first step toward feeling better.
If you’re dealing with ongoing pain, chronic pain physical therapy can help you make sense of it and start building back toward the activities you enjoy.

New on the Blog! Chronic pain doesn’t just hurt. It can leave you feeling deeply fatigued, even after a full night of sleep.
That exhaustion often comes from disrupted sleep, nervous system stress, and the constant energy your body uses trying to protect you.
I wrote a new blog breaking down why chronic pain and fatigue are so connected, and what can actually help support recovery. I also share how physical therapy for chronic pain treatment can help you gradually rebuild strength, resilience, and energy.

Chronic pain often leads to fatigue by disrupting sleep, stressing the nervous system, and draining energy reserves. Understand why it happens and what helps.

New on the Blog! Jaw, Neck, and Shoulder Pain on Right Side: What's the Connection?

Have you ever noticed jaw, neck, and shoulder pain showing up on the same side?

These areas are closely connected, and things like posture, stress, breathing patterns, and daily movement habits can all contribute. I take a holistic approach in my physical therapy practice to look at the full picture and help you move with more comfort and confidence.

If you’ve been dealing with right-sided pain, I’d love to support you.

New on the Blog! What is chronic pain syndrome?
If you have been dealing with pain that just will not go away, you are not alone.
I recently wrote about chronic pain syndrome and why pain sometimes continues even after tissues have healed. It is often less about something being broken and more about how sensitive the nervous system has become.
Chronic pain treatment is something I work with every day in physical therapy, helping people rebuild confidence in movement and return to the activities they love.
If this resonates, I would love for you to read the blog and reach out with any questions.

New on the Blog! What relieves arthritis pain in knees?
If knee arthritis pain has been making movement feel confusing or frustrating, you are not alone. Pain does not always tell the full story about what your knees are capable of.
In my work, I support people through holistic physical therapy that focuses on movement, nervous system support, and staying connected to the activities that bring meaning. If this resonates, the blog shares more perspective you might find helpful.
