Thank you for visiting my page. I wanted to share a little bit about me and my company. My name is Joy Benzen, I am the former owner of Sparkle Cleaning Company, which was a very successful residential cleaning company I built with a lot of hard work. After about 10 years and the start of a pandemic 😷 I decided it was time for a change. I decided to grandfather my company to the lady who started it with me; Tracy Micheal and start a new commercial cleaning company where I could be working after-hours but home for my son (who was 11 at the time) during the day.

iClean was always a vision I had while working Sparkle Cleaning but was too caught up in working IN my busines and not ON my business so it stayed on the back burner. But change is inevitable… So I took a chance and started over with this new vision.

Being able to start this new company with intention and a renewed excitement has brought me so much gratitude and a desire to bring success again into this company. I am a “cleaner” it’s what I DO, I am good at it, I was born with a gift I guess. I am many other things;
(Mom, Wife) but my profession is “Cleaner” and I am proud of it. This trade is learned through experience 😝it’s an apprenticeship program of other leaders who have taught me different things through the years, and some trial and error. But today, I have over 10 years of experience and I now know; there is nothing else I would rather do. Building is fun, growing is exciting, and every little success is huge and I love it.
