Hey everyone!! 👋🏼
It’s been way too long since I’ve introduced myself. I’m Monica and I own Massage by Monica! I currently reside in Bend, OR where my main business is located. But I also, travel and take clients in Albany, OR! (Always keep an eye on my stories of when I’m in Albany ☺️).
I went to and graduated from COCC in 2016 with my certificate in Massage Therapy. Since then, I’ve worked for a number of chiropractors, physical therapists and alongside some pretty incredible business owners in other fields who’ve helped me branch out on my own and create a business I’m so proud of.
The bodywork I practice the most has more of a medical approach by using modalities such as deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, and trigger point work. I also incorporate cupping if I feel it is necessary.
When I’m not working, I spend time with my two kids, go to the gym, explore this beautiful state, and prioritize time with friends.
